Phoebe Howard opened her first store, Mrs. Howard, in Jacksonville, Florida, 20 years ago and now has stores in Georgia and North Carolina. Howard’s work has appeared in ELLE DECOR, House Beautiful, Southern Accents, InStyle, and the New York Times. Howard divides her time between Florida and Georgia.

Oh happy day!!!! Ever since the Joy of Decorating hit the stands I’ve been waiting for Phoebe to come out with another. Room by Room is refreshing, timeless, and classic. It is so nice to be able to flip through a decorating book and love every single page. It seems so many decorators these days are trying too hard to be "different." Phoebe stands true to her aesthetic and continuously keeps it pretty.
